Dear user,
a special netherlands version is already on the way. The main application as well as additional features such as our web booking enginge are currently being transleted. We will inform you as soon as the language will be available.

that CAD be shown in with English $100.00 option as well as French 100,00$ option
CAD (Canadian Dollar) is viewed mainly in the English form ie. $100.00

Enable cyrillic fonts.
Cyrillic fonts aren't display properly in bookatonce.

Thank you for the feedback.
We are currently preparing neccessary steps to be able to start translations to dutch.
We will inform all customers as soon as a dutch version of bookatonce will be available.The bookatonce web booking engine for your own website already is available in dutch.

I would like to have the option to introduce the price for the whole stay, not on a daily basis.
Then bookatonce would automatically calculate the rate per day.
That's because sometimes we introduce some last minute discounts on some webs and then the price is "custom" for that reservation.1 vote -

Is it possible to set up an automatic post - visit email. With a thanks for visiting. And maybe requesting the gueat to write a review ( ie tripadvisor ).

If we use the debitor payment we would have the detail of the reservation (room, date CI, date CO, guest Name) in the payment report... Can we add a flag to display details before genrating the payment report

allot
Be able to manage allotment for ids bookings and optimise the last room average rate. Like a large long stay reservation the allot is defined in the planning. The allotment console permits to place the real booking in the allotment one. The original allot reservation is divided in 2 parts with the real booking in the middle...

There needs to be better reporting options and tools. The 5 printable reports that are included are completely useless.

Residential Rates
We would like to set weekly rate for ski holidays : saturday to saturday - 7 days or multiplier x 7. The same for monthly rate for long stay in small residences

Instantly charge online bookings per credit card
You are already using our Online booking Wizard (WBE) but would also like to charge a certain amount directly during the guests’ booking process? Let us know which supplier you would like to use for the payment as well which conditions should apply for the charged amount.
