“I like bookatonce but you know what I am missing…” our supporters Laura Summann, Nadine Löser or Christian Weis often hear comments like these or similar.

These are all great ideas but do actually all of our customers need them and which one do we start with? Do we prioritise by acknowledgment? Or by instinct or gut feeling?

    1. Post-visit email . automated

      Is it possible to set up an automatic post - visit email. With a thanks for visiting. And maybe requesting the gueat to write a review ( ie tripadvisor ).

            We have to establish technical options to implement the request.

          • I would like to have the option to introduce the price for the whole stay, not on a daily basis.

            Then bookatonce would automatically calculate the rate per day.
            That's because sometimes we introduce some last minute discounts on some webs and then the price is "custom" for that reservation.
