Enable cash sales for non staying guests. ie. lunch, beer etc for people who are just dropping by...

Instantly charge online bookings per credit card
You are already using our Online booking Wizard (WBE) but would also like to charge a certain amount directly during the guests’ booking process? Let us know which supplier you would like to use for the payment as well which conditions should apply for the charged amount.

Is it possible to set up an automatic post - visit email. With a thanks for visiting. And maybe requesting the gueat to write a review ( ie tripadvisor ).

House status
Display of free and occupied room categories for a specific time period or day. Percentage occupancy or occupancy per person. Number of arrivals and departures for the day.

Trace functionality with reminder
A list or a tool were I can enter my tasks for specific days. Like extra blanket for room 202 on arrival.

There needs to be better reporting options and tools. The 5 printable reports that are included are completely useless.

Member area / access to existing customer profiles
We have a lot of regular customers who like to book online. With each booking the customer has to add their address again and a new profile will be saved within bookatonce. It would be nice for a returning guest to have a member login which he can use during a booking. When logged in all address details will be filled in automatically and the new booking will be saved within the existing customer profile.

Various timeslots
I would like to rent out my bowling alley and my conference room and manage these with bookatonce. Would it be possible to create smaller time slots within the reservation board, like half an hour or hourly rental??

Adapt the printout of all active lists
The columns of all active lists are adaptable directly within the application, but when I print the report I always receive a standard report with all columns and not the ones I have chosen. Great would be if the report could only print the columns selected in the application.

Filter of type of payment in invoice list
Can we get the same filter of the invoice list by payment group as we have for the reporting "payment report". If it's possible we will add the same filter for the invoice report by payment group

Residential Rates
We would like to set weekly rate for ski holidays : saturday to saturday - 7 days or multiplier x 7. The same for monthly rate for long stay in small residences

Configure the sort sequence for categories and prices
The sequence on how the prices are displayed within the online booking are currently defined by bookatonce. I would like to be able to customize the display of my prices online myself.
